Made by hand in the Principality of Asturias (Spain). All fountain pens feature an elegant single-body design, inspired by early 20th century models.

Made entirely of polished brass and ebonite. Two materials that, seemingly discreet when the pen is closed, reveal their splendid harmony when used.

The combination of these noble materials awakens a symphony of elegant colors, where ebonite enriched with natural charcoal powder dazzles with its deep and shiny black.

Brass, over time, will embrace the charm of aging, giving the pen character and distinction. In an ingenious twist, this model reverses the roles of materials: the grip section is dressed in brass, while the threaded ring, which houses the cartridge, is decked out in special ebonite. Thus, this pen is not only a writing instrument, but a clear example of Ulpia's elegance and craftsmanship at its finest.

The Ulpia 117 are differentiated into three parts:

The body and cap: made of the best quality ebonite. Ebonite is vulcanized natural rubber known for its particular shine and warm touch, highly appreciated by collectors.

Pink clip and ring: made of solid brass and engraved with a diamond point, they are later polished and plated in 24K gold or palladium.

The fountain pen comes in a specially designed Ulpia gift box.
