Shipping policy
We ship in 1 day standard products and in 2 days customized products like regrinded nibs. In some cases when the order is big and full of customizations or if we suddenly get lots of order the preparation time may be longer.
We may send your order via National Mail, Seur/DPD to Home or Pick Up Point, DHL Express or UPS Standard and Express Saver:
Spain:
- Correos Express, Seur
-DHL Express,1 day from admission. From 6,00€ IVA not included.
Europen countries:
-DHL Express courier, 1-2 day from admission to most cities, except for remote areas.
-UPS Express Saver, 1-2 day from admission to most cities, except for remote areas.
-UPS Standard, 4-5 day from admission to most cities, except for remote areas.
-Seur/DPD to Home or to Pick up Point, 2 to 4 days.
- National Mail, up to 14 days transit time.
Outside Europe:
-DHL Express courier, 2-3 days from admission. Form 19,00€
-UPS Express Saver, 1-2 day from admission to most cities, except for remote areas.
- National Mail, up to 14 days transit time.
If you do not receive your order, you must notify us before 15 days from shipmement
Shipping prices include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and price of the shipment.
Your package will be dispatched with special care to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
It will be able to return your order in 15 days after receiving it. Customized products are not returnable. We will return your money once we have received the articles in perfect conditions, we do not take responsibility for the sending of return.
FPnibs.com will not be responsible of any customs issue with your country.
Orders destined for the United States may now incur customs tariffs. These charges are not included in the total price and are the recipient's responsibility.
